To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling needs at least 36 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list. No-shows and cancellations within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be required to pay a $50 late cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you when possible. However, this policy is in place to respect the time of both our clients and your provider.
